Being companies external to Hostal, you must accept their legal and booking conditions.

Yes, you must present a valid identification document issued by your country’s government when checking in.

All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen: Ceramic hotplate, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, water heater and cooking utensils.

No, your apartment comes with clean towels, both large and small.

All bathrooms have shower gel.

No, there are no rooms for smokers available.

Yes, you can book as many apartments as you need. Check for availability; if there is no availability on our website, please send us an email: reservas@icimadrid.com

We are pet friendly, but only in some of the apartments; please enquire at reservas@icimadrid.com

The cost per pet is 50€ for the entire stay.

For checking in, the apartment is usually ready to occupy at around 15:00h; if it is ready earlier, we will notify you through the chat.

Check-out should be at 11:00h so we can prepare the apartment for the next customer.
